Feeling the Burn

(Page 1)2. I can see your point Sue, but I don't think it's a contradiction. The Lazy Guide gallery doesn't suggest going on a grapefruit ONLY diet, which is one of the myths we debunk in the Diets Myths gallery. To go on a grapefruit only diet for weight loss thinking it burns fat is a myth. But as we say in the myth story "If you want to eat grapefruit as part of a well-rounded diet, go for it." We certainly don't tell people to only eat grapefruit in the Lazy Guide. Hope that helps!
3. Ok, now exercising is an important thing, as we all know. Why? As originally stated, for burning calories, the muscle factor or what.I generally exercise for muscle and to keep physically fit. I eat healthy and all so Im not too much into exercising by force to slim.
Anyways, the point is I think if you just eat healthy in any case, theres no need to feel bad at lookin at your body in the mirror, cuz itd be great in any case!

1. In regard to today's (March5 '07) Diet Special: You contradict yourselves on the subject of grapefruit! Under "The Lazy Guide to Weight Loss" (NO. 6) that it is "No myth" that grapefruit helps one to lose weight, then in the same article under myths...Myth no. 10 says that it is a myth...that grapefruit does not help in weight loss. DOES IT OR DOESN'T IT???
