Nan Mooney on How to Survive the Workplace

Nan Mooney

Nan Mooney examines a vicious race -- women versus women in the workplace -- offering a vibrant, studied counterpoint to a touchy subject that's been fodder for many novels of the 'The Devil Wears Prada' persuasion.

    About Nan Mooney

Nan Mooney is the author of 'I Can't Believe She Did That!: Why Women Betray Other Women at Work'. She also penned 'My Racing Heart: The Passionate World of Thoroughbreds and the Track' (2002). Having worked in the film and publishing industries, she is currently a freelance writer and teacher living in New York City.

      Praise for Nan

"Any woman who's felt the sting of a workplace snub will appreciate this long overdue book and its jaw-dropping anecdotes about conniving, clawing and incredulous women."

      -- Publisher's Weekly

"Nan Mooney's 'I Can't Believe She Did That!' is unafraid to focus productively upon the 'dark' or often hidden side of sisterhood in the workplace. Her approach is matter-of-fact, practical, and easy to understand... Read this book. It will help you in your relationships with other women, both at work and everywhere else."

-- Phyllis Chesler, Ph.D., author of 'Woman's Inhumanity to Woman'
