About Tom Rath
Tom Rath:
Rath is the grandson of Dr. Donald Clifton, heralded as the "Grandfather of Positive Pyschology" and the "Father of Strengths Psychology." Rath co-authored Clifton’s last book, 'How Full Is Your Bucket?' shortly before his grandfather died in 2003.
Claim to Fame:
Like his grandfather, who once served as chairman of the company, Rath works for The Gallup Organization. As a global practice leader, he has led in the creation of assessments, books, and professional development programs.

Rath holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a graduate degree at Johns Hopkins University.
