About Gregory Joujon-Roche
Gregory is the founder of Holistic Fitness, a state-of-the-art fitness studio in California that emphasizes the mind and body connection to get physical results. Since its inception in 1994, Holistic Fitness has grown to include a team of the finest doctors, cooks, masseuses, yoga instructors, martial artists and fitness experts available. Joujon-Roche is also helping the nation lose millions of pounds for "America Takes It Off" on 'Good Morning America.' He lives in Malibu, Calif., with his wife and their son.
