Workout Secrets of the Stars - Gregory Joujon-Roche

    Hollywood Goes Holistic
Gregory Joujon-Roche has run, kicked and in-line skated with Tinseltown's biggest stars to get them fit. These tips are based on the workouts he did with marquee names such as Brad Pitt, Demi Moore, Gisele and Tobey Maguire to get them into shape -- on set and off.

    Ripped Like a God
Gregory worked with Brad Pitt while filming 'Troy.' "We got him big, but also really ripped." To get that "godlike" build, practice martial arts moves and round-house kicks on top of a core board (which forces you to maintain balance). Adding essential fatty acids to your diet helps assimilate protein and develop muscle.

    A Model of Fun
While Gisele's long, lean and athletic body is a good part nature, you can nurture your own statuesque build by eating a high protein, high-fiber diet with lean meat, vegetables and beans (and Greg's Fat-Burning Lemonade). For exercise, intense fun is the way to go, including beach runs, kickboxing and in-line skating.

    Biff! Bang! Body!
Getting a lean, mean and super- flexible body like Tobey Maguire has in the 'Spider-Man' movies requires a range of exercises, including martial arts, yoga and gymnastics (such as working out on ceiling-hung rings). A high- protein, high-fiber diet also helps (try Greg's Protein Complete Organic Whey Powder).

    Rockin' Bod
To make your bod rockin', sexy and strong like Pink's, Greg recommends detoxifying, energizing and weight-loss cleansers that use a combination of Chinese herbs, fresh juices and nutritional supplements. Fibrous greens also help. When it comes to exercising, think pilates, kickboxing and spinning.

    Ghostly Goth Begone
Peter Krause, an old friend of Greg's, got tired of the pale mortician look he was sporting for 'Six Feet Under' and decided to do a combination of strength training and cardio. "We'd play basketball up seven points and whoever lost had to do 50 curls, push-ups or vertical sit-ups. Then we'd immediately play another game."

    The Moore Roars
Demi Moore's "hear me roar, killer body" doesn't come easily. If you want to work out like she did for her role in 'G.I. Jane,' try long-distance runs, calisthenics, steel-pipe training, strength training and an interval routine that alternates workouts on every major body part (such as doing squats and then a set of pull-ups).

    Grace and Style
When you're a superstar with a family (or the superstar of your family), you need plenty of energy. Someone like Pierce Brosnan needs a diet of fresh vegetables, low-stress proteins, fresh fruit (especially apples) and an immune elixir. What exercise benefits an international sleuth? He likes relaxing bike rides.

    Femme Natural
For a body that's feminine and lean like Rachel Weisz's, Greg recommends a diet of high-fiber, water-rich vegetables (such as broccoli and kale) combined with low-stress protein (like tofu and fish) and essential fats (including raw almonds and seeds). How to work out? Try sustained cardio (swimming and hiking) and yoga.
