Carol Evans
AOL Kids and Family Coach Carol Evans has a full plate as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Working Mother Media, which she founded in 2001. Evans takes time away from her executive schedule not only to be involved in the lives of her husband and two children, but also to give back to the community through volunteering with the March of Dimes, the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) and the Women's Venture Fund.
The March of Dimes is a non-profit dedicated to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality through research, community service, education and advocacy.
The National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) works with more than 800 state and local child care resource and referral agencies so that families in every local community have access to high-quality, affordable child care.
Women's Venture Fund is a non-profit organization that offers training, small business loads and a network of business advisors to women of diverse backgrounds to help them create thriving businesses in urban communities.
