Yvette, who had two children and taken a hiatus from full-time work, re-joined the workforce as a producer for the television show "Extra." Beth, who had two children and never left the workforce, has clawed her way up the corporate ladder. It was only a matter of time that the frenzied friends would meet over a chicken salad with dressing on the side lunch, when they discovered they were each other's Role Mommies. Yvette and Beth have joined forces with the Children's Museum of Manhattan and launched the "Role Mommy: I Need a Playdate" lecture series.
