About Matthew Martinez
Matthew A. Martinez spent a decade working in the high-tech industry before discovering real estate as a profession. He worked at the U.S. Embassy in London and as a member of the White House Advance Team during the Clinton administration. In 1999, he moved to New England to work for an Internet company. Martinez began purchasing several million dollars worth of income-producing properties in 2002. Two years later he was able to leave his corporate job and dedicate all of his time to real estate endeavors. He is now the principal of Pangea Select, a real estate investment company that acquires multi-family properties in emerging, high-growth areas throughout the United States.
