Praise for Dr. Schneider
"Looking for a trusted, authoriative guide to healthy aging? This is it.
With wisdom, creativity, and no-nonsense practicality, the authors guide
readers through an otherwise confusing maze of helpful and harmful
health-enhancing treatments. Read it, and reap."
-- Dr. David J. Demko, AgeVenture News Service
"Researcher and clinician Schneider and co-author Hirschman (The Chronic Pain Solution) focus on 11 common disorders and perform a sort of consumer-oriented meta-analysis, distilling research to highlight the most promising alternative treatments for each. They resist the temptation to provide a single answer, instead drawing on degrees of efficacy … based on the quality of research available and the strength of the results."
